Physical Therapist Training

Learning does not stop when you graduate from Physical Therapy School. Our philosophy at TMPT is that you are never a senior when it comes to education. We give our PT’s  3-5 years to become Specialized Doctors of Physical Therapy.  While employed with TMPT you are matched with a Board Certified or OMPT Fellowship Trained clinical mentor to ensure that your mentoring needs are met. You will also have the opportunity to enter a Residency or OMPT Fellowship program to allow you to work towards your professional achievements. We train all staff in empathy, compassion, and applied positive psychology concepts. Training in caring techniques gives even the most empathetic therapists statistically significant improvements in patient outcomes.
